Fitment: The Ai-1200 is the perfect solution to a stock height truck simply looking for a better joint without any maintenance. Lower joints are holding the majority of the weight of the truck and typically see less failures but are susceptible to “push out.” This happens when a shaft breaks and pushes the joint out the bottom of the knuckle. The lower system uses the same basic design as the upper, with a 1 piece stud with taper to match the tapered hole in the knuckle.
Swapping this axle under your Jeep and have a good pinion angle? Simple trim the flat on the 0 degree bushing and you have the absolute best of both worlds- a perfect driveline angle, ideal caster, AND an unbreakable joint on top of it. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ELSE IN THE INDUSTRY GIVES THIS LEVEL OF STRENGTH AND RIG-SPECIFIC ADJUSTABILITY.
