Shipping & Return Policy

We are proud of our products and the results the offroad community has gotten from them. Sometimes a customer decides simply to go another direction with their build, and we totally get it!

We are only able to offer returns for uninstalled Balljoint Delete Systems within 90 days of purchase. If you have purchased a Balljoint Delete System and it has not been installed, you can return it for a full refund. To begin your return, please email us at sales@americanironoffroad.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will issue a return label for you to ship back the complete, uninstalled Balljoint Delete System. Once the package is received, we will issue your refund which usually takes 3 days to fully process. All returns should be shipped back in the original packaging. If the box was opened the uninstalled Balljoint Delete System should be packed tightly inside and taped extremely well on the outside of the box to ensure it arrives intact. Your return cannot be processed if the box arrives empty or missing any parts. The purchaser will be responsible for filing any claim with shipping carriers.
