We are proud of our products and the results the offroad community has gotten from them. Sometimes a customer decides simply to go another direction with their build, and we totally get it!
We are only able to offer returns for uninstalled Balljoint Delete Systems. If you have purchased a Balljoint Delete System and it has not been installed, you can return it for a full refund. To begin your return, please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will issue a return label for you to ship back the complete, uninstalled Balljoint Delete System. Once the package is received, we will issue your refund which usually takes 3 days to fully process. All returns should be shipped back in the original packaging. If the box was opened the uninstalled Balljoint Delete System should be packed tightly inside and taped extremely well on the outside of the box to ensure it arrives intact. Your return cannot be processed if the box arrives empty or missing any parts. The purchaser will be responsible for filing any claim with shipping carriers.
We stand by the quality and durability of our products. We will warranty parts found to be defective. The spherical bearings, specifically, also carry a 2 year or 30,000 mile (whichever comes first) warranty. We cannot warranty parts that have been damaged due to improper installation. We will, however, work with our customers on replacing individual parts should they be needed.
To submit a warranty claim, you must have registered your Balljoint Delete Kit upon installation. You should have received a card in your Balljoint Delete Kit that will direct you toward the warranty registration form as well as link you to installation instructions. If your Balljoint Delete Kit did not come with the card, your shipping confirmation email also contains a link to the warranty registration form. We have made the registration process as easy as possible to include the info we need to track use.
