- Building a 2005+ Ford Super Duty axle and don’t like how thin the aftermarket inner C’s look? Neither do we. Like the 2005+ outer knuckle, our C’s are casted and machined here in the USA.
- We added 1/2” to the inner side for more engagement and added webbing to tie the upper & lower portions of the knuckle into the added material.
- While we were at it we wanted to mill a perfectly flat section on the top of the C for a better place for shock mounting.
- These will fit a 3.5” to 4” OD tube for your needs.

- Gen1 C's had a gusset down the center of each section, the Gen2 inner C features a thinner gusset down each side of the C on top & bottom to add more rigidity. Sometimes it's not about thickness of the material, it's about placement & shape.
