American Iron Offroad BJDS Rebuild Kit

Spherical bearings with PTFE Teflon liner and hardware to rebuild your Balljoint Delete System. Expected lifespan of spherical bearings is estimated at 2 years depending on tire size, use, etc.  This is a complete kit including replacement locknuts due to the nylock being 25% less effective with each re-use.

The ability to swap bearings means easier (and less expensive) maintenance than pressing ball joints in and out. Replace bearings with cups in axle by removing C-clips and re-installing new bearings. This kit contains:

  • Jeep (1990 - 2017 incl. GEN2): (4) PTFE lined bearings, (4) snap rings, (6) locknuts, (6) washers, (8) seals
  • Jeep (2018 - Current): (4) PTFE lined bearings (4) snap rings, (4) locknuts, (6) washers, (8) seals
  • Ford D60: (4) PTFE lined bearings, (4) snap rings, (4) locknuts
  • AAM: (4) PTFE lined bearings, (4) snap rings, (8) locknuts, (4) washers, (4) seals
