The Gen2 Ai-8101 Outer Knuckle Set from American Iron Offroad™ represents the next generation of precision-engineered strength for offroad rigs running the 05+ Ford Super Duty Dana 60 front axles. Our original design set a new standard for durability, but the Gen2 pushes performance even further—eliminating the old 3.5” backspace limitation on 17” wheels.
With our new single-casting design, you can now run wheels with up to 5.5” backspacing while maintaining our proven 1-piece, double-shear construction. Each knuckle is CNC-milled to your specified backspacing, ensuring perfect clearance and geometry without compromising strength or steering performance.
***PRE-SALE: estimated delivery of product is scheduled by the end of February. Casting has begun and afterwards machining, and lastly powdercoat. There will be updates on the process after the 8-10 week casting process is finished.***
